Bake at 180°C for a little over 10 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
Once the biscuits are out of the oven, dip the top of each into the melted chocolate.
Place the coated biscuits, base down, on a surface lined with baking paper.
Decorate the tops with chopped pistachios.
Refrigerate the biscuits for at least 3 hours to allow the chocolate to set again.
and enjoy your Rame di Napoli!
FEDERICA’S TIPS
Let the biscuits cool completely before dipping them in melted chocolate for a smooth, even coating. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios while the chocolate is still soft, then let it set. Make your Rame di Napoli a day ahead: the cocoa, citrus and spices will have time to develop a beautifully rounded flavour.
